As you walk through the front door into the peace and tranquillity of the Day Spa, you leave the hustle and bustle of the outside world behind. Our aim is to provide you with an experience that will promote harmony and relaxation to your body, mind and spirit.

There is an extensive range of treatments for you from choose from including face, body, hands and feet designed to allow you to retreat and relax.

Spa Etiquette
Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will reduce your treatment time and your enjoyment. All duration times are approximate to allow for preparation at the commencement and completion of each treatment. Please leave valuables at home, turn off your mobile phone and keep noise to a minimum, respecting the quiet and privacy needs of other spa guests. Please make alternative child care arrangements for the time of your treatments. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol within the spa is not permitted.

Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Please book in advance to ensure your preferred date and time. Appointments must be paid for at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Please advise us of any medical issues at the time of your booking so we are able to help you choose appropriate treatments. It is especially important to inform us if you are pregnant as not all treatments are suitable for you and the baby during this time.

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per hour of treatment time. No shows will be charges at full price.

Recommendations
New Clients and new Members are required to complete a Client History Form prior to any treatment. Clients who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, diabetes, allergies or skin conditions, recent injury or surgery or who are pregnant are advised to consult their Doctor prior to any treatments. Clients are reminded of their obligations under the law to advise management of any medical condition which may present a public health threat.

What To Wear
During treatments you must be covered at all times. You may wear your own underwear or alternatively disposable underwear is provided if you prefer.

Membership
An annual fee of $50 allows regular clients to enjoy discounted prices on all treatments.
